Sucré, located on Magazine Street, is the perfect place to go when your life needs a little less stress and a lot more sugar. They have everything from gelato, macaroons, and hand-crafted marshmallows, to some of the most exquisite cakes you have ever seen. I go nuts for their Salted Caramel filled cupcake made with moist chocolate cake and salted caramel butter-cream icing, which is only available a few days out of the week. Gift boxes of chocolate confections, macaroons, candied nuts, and much more can be purchased in-store or online so you can share some NOLA sweetness with anyone and everyone! I’m going to have to remember to stop by once the weather really starts heating up and cool down with one of their signature gelato shakes. New Orleans life is most definitely the sweet life.
